Return Policy: Coffee
We do not accept returns on coffee. We ask that you recheck your order before placing a coffee order for accuracy. However, we are willing to review and resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your coffee or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at email@example.com within three days of receiving your order. We will make every effort to resolve problems and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Return Policy: Merchandise (non coffee items)
We would like you to be satisfied with your merchandise purchases. All returns or exchanges (non coffee) items must be completed within 30 days of the purchase date. Please email your order number, items for return/exchange, name and reason for return/exchange to: firstname.lastname@example.org
